Chocolate Strawberry Soy Smoothie

This is one of our favorite smoothies. 

It has the added benefit of also being casein free for those who need to avoid dairy as well. 

Believe me, it is really good!

For one serving:

  • 1 cup soy chocolate milk (Silk is GF)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup frozen soy dessert (SO Delicious Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert is GF) This is optional.  If you do not have it, add more ice.

 Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.  As an extra treat, we sprinkle some Enjoy Life semi-sweet chocolate chips in the cup to make getting to the bottom even more inviting.  These chocolate chips are both gluten and dairy free.
