Gluten Free Hummus
Ingredients: • 2 minced garlic cloves Directions: Mince the garlic in a food processor. Add the other ingredients and process until you reach a coarse puree. Add more olive oil to make it thinner if you like. Serve chilled with chips or sugar snap peas.
