Recipe for Bacon Wrapped Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts cut into bite sizes (you will get close to 30 pieces)
- 1 package GF bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 T chili powder
- 1 t salt
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix together the brown sugar, chili powder and salt.
Wrap cut up chicken pieces in a third of a slice of bacon and secure with toothpick. Roll in sugar mixture.
Place on a rimmed baking tray (the bacon grease will spill over a non-rimmed sheet) that is lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. For crispier bacon, set under the broiler for a few minutes at the end. Keep an eye on it as the bacon will brown quickly under the broiler.
