I love it. Used it for pancakes, biscuits, and cobbler. Makes the best pancakes!!! I add Vanilla to the batter and absolutely love the taste.

Use it all the time..takes me back to when I was a little girl and my Grandma would make Bisquick Pancakes when I stayed over. Theses taste exactly the same even though they are gluten-free.. Love it!! I only use this to bake with. Great for biscuits and pizza crust as well!!

I don't like anything with xanthum gum because I can taste it and it's made with such a strange process that I just can't imagine that it's good for you.

Bisquick Pancake & Baking Mix

Bisquick Gluten Free Baking Mix

Made in a gluten-free processing facility.

Bisquick Gluten Free Pancake and Baking Mix by Betty Crocker is a multipurpose gluten free baking mix.

This is a good option for basic baking like pancakes and muffins and quick breads but I am not sure how this mix would hold up in more challenging gluten free baking such as yeast breads and lighter pastries.    You will get the best results by using the recipes specifically for this mix on the Betty Crocker website.

Ingredients include: Rice Flour, sugar, leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), modified potato starch, salt, and xanthan Gum. May Contain Soy Ingredients.
