I love this flour blend. It works cup for cup in most regular gluten recipes I've tried. They also have great deals if you sign up for e-mail updates where you can stock up for a better price. It's the only flour I buy.

This is a great flour blend. Used it to make pie crust & comes out great. Also used in place of regular flour in other items I cook/bake & no one knows the difference.

Jules All Purpose Flour

Jules All Purpose Flour

Certified Gluten Free

As most of you have probably heard by now, Jules Shepard’s business partners have hijacked her company that makes the very popular Jules All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour.

I met Jules several years ago when she flew out to Seattle to give a cooking class.  Honestly, I can’t imagine any single person who has done more for the gluten free community than Jules.  Not only does she literally travel the entire United States to give cooking demonstrations and classes, she has written helpful books on the gluten free lifestyle, lead the 1 in 133.org movement to get reliable labels on gluten free food and founded a company that sold her very popular multipurpose flour.

I was sad when I learned that her business partners hijacked her company.  Jules brought on business partners in 2008 to run the business side of her company.   Recently, the partners stopped paying Jules for her work, locked her out of the communications program, denied her access to her blog, and cancelled flour orders.   Jules is now involved in an expensive litigation process.

But Jules is a fighter and she is working to start a new company and to make her products available to all of you again.

Jules has a new website at gfJules.com where you can sign up for her new email list, find more information and get her latest recipes.  She will be selling her flour from this site in a couple of weeks.

Most importantly for now, stop buying the flour that is being marketed as Jules All Purpose Gluten Free Flour and unsubscribe from her old website, Julesglutenfree.com.  Even though they are still using her name, logo, flour mixes and recipes, they have completely shut Jules out and she has nothing to do with this company any more.

Secondly, support Jules with a financial gift to help cover the costs of this expensive legal process.  Visit her new site for more information.  I am sure every gift counts!

Lastly, lets all send up a few prayers for our good friend Jules Shepard.
