I recently found these at my local HEB grocery and they are great, a bit pricey but worth it because so many gluten free pizzas have been really awful. Worth looking for.

Russo's Gluten Free Pizza

Russo's Gluten Free Pizza

Available in New York-Style Cheese, Uncured Pepperoni, Mulberry, Margherita, Chicken Rustica and Greek.

Certified Gluten Free

Russo’s Certified Gluten Free Gourmet Frozen Pizza – may be the best-frozen GF pizza yet.

Chef Anthony Russo, known for Russo’s New York Pizzeria and Russo's Coal-Fired Italian Kitchen, recently launched a frozen gluten-free pizza that is available at select grocery stores across the country.

The pizzas are certified Gluten Free. From the pizza crust to the cheese, all components of the pizza are 100 percent gluten-free. In addition, the facility the pizzas are made in is dedicated gluten-free.

The crusts are vegan, made with rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, and extra virgin olive oil, infused with honey and Italian seasoning.

Not just gluten free, this is quality-frozen pizza.  I was lucky enough to receive a sample of these pizzas and they are delicious.  Russo selects fresh tomatoes from California and Mozzarella cheese from Wisconsin. He imports the olive oil directly from Sicily.  You can taste the difference.

The quality of these frozen pizzas is a step above the other frozen gluten free pizzas’ we have tried.   Additionally, there is no way that anyone could tell the difference between these frozen pizzas and ones that are not GF.

Available in New York-Style Cheese, Uncured Pepperoni, Mulberry, Margherita, Chicken Rustica and Greek.

Initially launched onto retail shelves in Central Texas in 2012, the pizzas will be introduced nationwide over the next couple of years.  Don’t hesitate to buy them if they show up at your local grocery store.
