Great tasting Gluten Free Pasta with the added benefit of being a high quality protein grain. Ancient Harvest Quinoa is “grown exclusively in the high Andean Altiplano regions of Bolivia . . . insuring no possibility of potential field contamination with gluten containing grains.” Organic Gluten Free Pastas are a blend of organic corn flour and organic quinoa flour and are made in a Dedicated Gluten Free facility. They come in seven different shapes: Elbows, Garden Pagodas (pictured), Linguine, Penne, Rotelle, Shells, Spaghetti and Veggie Curls.
