TIME: 20 minutes
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 cups canned chickpeas, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3 cup tahini ( located in the Asian part of the grocery store or with the peanut butters)
- 5 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- a dash of cayenne pepper
1. Mince the garlic in a food processor. Add the other ingredients and process until you reach a coarse puree.
2. Add more olive oil to make it thinner if you like.
Serve chilled with chips or sugar snap peas.
