Banana Smoothie

SERVES: 1

TIME: 10 minutes

TAGS:

  • Corn Free
  • Egg Free

Ingredients

For one serving:

  • 1 six ounce carton of GF vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until it is the consistency you like.
