- 1 can of chickpeas; drained and rinsed
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon coarse salt
- ¾ teaspoon chili powder
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
