Charles was very welcoming and understood gluten free. One of the few places I felt safe eating in Paris. I enjoyed a lovely dinner gallette and a Nutella one for dessert. Thanks for putting this on your blog!

Just returned from Paris. Unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to try this restaurant because they are closed on the weekend, which I found to be very odd. The hours listed on the door were Mon.-Fri. 11:30 am-3:00 pm & 7:00 pm -10:00 pm.

I have read that there are many places in Paris where you can request buckwheat crepes (without gluten flour added) - however I've been wondering if anyone has had issues with cross-contamination from the cooking surface?

Delicious crepes just a few steps from la tour Eiffel and you are welcomed into this cozy cafe for a delicious gluten free meal. Owner was so helpful with everything and great with our children as well. He chose our dessert crepe with pears vanilla ice cream and chantilly- amazing! Best vanilla ice cream "Creme de beurre"! Will definitely return!

He uses a separate cooking surface! I am usually sensitive to cross-contamination in the US but have had no issues in Paris. I've heard the gluten is different?? Many gluten intolerant can still eat gluten in France. Obviously if you have celiac, I would not advise and luckily you still have many choices!
