Cobb Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

This recipe was adapted from the Cobb Salad at Red Robin. We have always liked the Honey Mustard Dressing. Enjoy!

Cobb Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

    Cobb Salad:
  • 1 – 2 heads of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 3 strips of bacon, cooked and broken into pieces
  • 2 – 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 ounces of your favorite shredded cheese (leave off for dairy-free)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped olives
  • Honey Mustard Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon regular mustard
  • ½ Tablespoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon olive oil

Directions


Cobb Salad:
1. Add all ingredients in a large bowl and toss with the following dressing before serving.
Honey Mustard Dressing:
2. Mix with a wire whip or fork. Store in the refrigerator
